Friday, October 10, 11am to 2pm, St Thomas’ Tea Rooms is having a mini plant sale, and the CWA is holding a handicraft stall and trading table on the lawns, at the corner of Adelaide Place and Hallett Place. Gavin Roberts Quiz Night

Friday, October 10, 7.30pm, come along to the Port Lincoln Bowling Club for a night of quiz, tables of eight people at $10 per head, bring your own nibbles, with tea and coffee available – and the bar will be open. Saturday, October 11, 11am to noon, Port Lincoln Yacht Club invites kids seven years and older to come and learn to sail. In term four and then term one of 2026 you will learn to sail with friends and to get confident around the ocean. All equipment is provided. Registrations will take place on Saturday, October 11, then on Saturday, October 18 from 9am to 9.30am. The sailing program starts on the 18th from 9.30am to 11.30am. Dance the night away

Port Lincoln Social Dance

Saturday, October 11, 7pm for 7.30pm start, head to the North Shields Memorial Hall this weekend to experience all styles of dance – new vogue, Latin, rock n’ roll and country dancing with DJ music. There will be a shared country supper and family fun for everyone, plus a lucky door prize. Practise opportunities are available on Tuesdays from 4pm to 6pm. Sunday, October 12, noon, head along for the opening of the Coffin Bay Yacht Club 2025-26 sailing season. Join the sailing community for a barbecue lunch and a beverage on the lawns, with boats set to hit the water early afternoon for the commodore’s sail past followed by a race within the Bay.

CarnEVIL 2025

Gardner’s Vineyard

Friday, October 31, 3pm, gates will open for the Candy and Clowns Kidzone and Freaky Funhouse Marquee Maze at 3pm, with a kids costume competition at 5.30pm. From 8pm the scares intensify with an R18+ late-night horror maze experience running until late. All funds raised will support Ronald McDonald House.
