Members of the Port Lincoln Croquet Club celebrated South Australia’s Week of Ageing Well on Thursday, October 2.

The week recognises the diversity and contributions of older South Australians and was held from October 1 to October 7.

The croquet club held morning tea at their regular Thursday morning social game.

Croquet is played four times a week all-year round, with social games played on Thursday starting at 10am, with morning tea afterwards.

The club, established in 1928, has 50 members aged between 60 and 95 years of age.

Visitors are always welcome to enjoy a low-cost, low-energy sport offering social connection, fun, good conversations and interaction.

Everyone is welcome regardless of age, ability or disability.
