Cellar Folk Club

Saturday, August 2, 6.30pm, the 2025 Cellar Folk Club annual general meeting will be held at the Living Waters Cafe of the Baptist Church, 7 Ravendale Road. It will be followed by the usual music session at the same venue, from 7.30pm – all are welcome. Free pizza for the AGM attendees, then a shared supper during the music session. Understanding Dementia

Tuesday, August 19, 10am to 11.30am, this session provides an introduction to dementia, including an overview of different types of dementia, diagnosis, planning ahead and how to support someone living with dementia. Quiz night fundraiser

Coffin Bay Yacht Club

Saturday, August 23, 6pm for a 7.30pm start, Lake Wangary School is hosting a quiz night to fundraise for school projects. There will be live music, platters, raffles and prizes throughout the night. Tickets are $20 each, maximum eight people per table. Contact the school for more information.

Dementia Friends Cuppa and Catch-up

Last Tuesday of each month, 11am to noon, Refreshments are provided at the monthly Dementia Friends Coffee and Catch-Up – an opportunity to socialise and share information and be a dementia-friendly community. All are welcome.

Handicraft

South Australian Country Women’s Association

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10am to 3pm, learn a craft or bring your own project, come for a cuppa and enjoy the fun. A free morning tea is provided, at 7 Hallett Place.
