Christmas time

Christmas Tree Festival

Friday to Sunday, December 1 to 3, the Christmas Tree Festival will have various stalls and refreshments available at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church Hall. Friday and Saturday times are 10am to 6pm, Sunday is viewing of the trees only from 1pm to 4pm at 95 Oxford Terrace, with a gold coin donation for entry.

Cellar Folk Club

Saturday, December 2, 8pm at the Port Lincoln Baptist Church Cafe will be the Christmas session. All are welcome to this free event. Performers – please get your name on the board. Please bring some Christmas nibbles/supper to share. Enquiries to Ron on 0428 886 870.

Sunday, December 3 from 10am to 2pm at the Cummins RSL Hall. There will be food stalls and gifts available to purchase.

AGM

Eyre Peninsula Environment Protection Alliance

Monday, December 4, 5:30pm to 9pm at 3 Tulka Esplanade, the Eyre Peninsula Environment Protection Alliance will be holding its AGM and inaugural meeting. All are welcome. Please bring a plate of food to share. RSVP or apology and willingness to be an EPEPA member via 0448 621 128.

60th anniversary

Port Lincoln Orchid Club

Wednesday, December 6 at 6pm there will be a dinner at the Grand Tasman Hotel to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Port Lincoln Orchid Club. All past members and orchid growers are welcome to come and celebrate.

Friday, December 8 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Peter Kittle (62-72 Liverpool Street). Drinks, nibbles and networking. Free for members or $21.60 for non members.

Port Lincoln Carols on the Foreshore

Saturday, December 9, from 4.45pm, the churches of Port Lincoln are hosting Carols on the Foreshore. There will be pre-carols entertainment at Candy Cane Lane before the carols begin at 5.30pm.

Cummins

Friday, December 15, 6pm the Cummins Christmas Parade will start. Food for sale and free entertainment at the Railway Triangle Park to follow. Businesses and community groups are encouraged to take part in the parade.

Market

Hotel Boston

Saturday and Sunday, December 16 to 17, 9am to 3pm will be the final market for the year at Hotel Boston, 19-21 King Street. To host a stall at the market contact samantha@hotelboston.com.au

Hotel Boston

Saturday, December 16, 9.30pm AC/DC tribute band Bonfire will play at Hotel Boston. Tickets are $40 with drinks special available on the night.

A Celtic Christmas
