Kemp Real Estate was recognised at the 2023 Real Estate Institute of South Australia awards held in Adelaide last month.
The company won bronze in the Property Management Agency – Small award, and was nominated for the Residential Agency – Medium and Community Service – Agency and individual awards.
“It’s a really proud moment for the entire team to be nominated and to win awards in the Real Estate Institute South Australia,” residential and commercial leasing manager Rav Prakash said.
“There’s some amazing agencies from all around the state that were nominated and won, and to be alongside them makes us really proud of our team and what we’re doing here, and proud to represent our community and our clients.”
Jade Fraser took out the Regional Local Residential Sales Person of the Year award, while Alyce Caston won gold for the Regional Property Manager award.
Ms Fraser said real estate was more than just about property.
“It is about the people and it goes to show how much Kemp Real Estate cares about the people in the community,” she said.
“It’s important to us to look after our community.”
Ms Fraser said the awards reflected how the agency worked as a team.
“They’re individual awards but it’s a credit to the whole team, because we love working here, we love Port Lincoln and we love the community.”
Ms Caston said it was an exciting thing to be recognised by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, and “great to be recognised as industry leaders”.
“We’re just so honoured. We couldn’t win these awards without the team behind us.”
Also nominated for awards were Carl Semmler (SA Salesperson Residential), Shelby Richmond (Future Leader – Property Manager), and Georgie Kemp (Local Residential Salesperson – Regional).
