Saturday 14 February, 7.30pm until late at North Shields Hall. The dress theme is ‘red’ for those who wish to dress up. There will be lucky spot and door prizes. Sunday 15 February, 9am, the next outing will be to Coffin Bay. Meet at St Joe’s Triangle at 9am. Bring your own binoculars, chair and lunch – or buy in Coffin Bay. Car pooling should be available. If the temperature forecast on ABC on Saturday night is 30 degrees Celsius or above, the outing will be cancelled.

Port Lincoln Motocross Club
Sunday 15 February, 10am to 3pm, Port Lincoln Motocross Club will host a Ride Day welcoming riders of all ages and experience levels. Entry fees are $30 for members and $50 for non-members, with registration available via Ridernet. Assistance with entry will be available on the day if required. Spectators are welcome, with free entry for all and a canteen will also be operating on the day.

Wednesday 18 February, noon to 3pm, ladies are invited to come and try table tennis with the Wednesday Ladies Table Tennis Club at the Port Lincoln Table Tennis Stadium at 40 Coronation Place, Port Lincoln. The stadium will be open from noon to 3pm each Wednesday, with casual games in February and the team competition starting in March. Friday, 20 February, and then every second Wednesday 6pm-8.30pm, local artists Henri Jenkins and Telimena Brucko-Stempkowski will lead Nude Live Art Classes at ArtEyrea. Perfect for artists of all levels, these classes focus on sketching the human form in its purest state. Live models at each class. Sunday 5 April, the Elliston and Districts Business and Progress Association is hosting the second Easter Sunday Fishing Day Competition. Juniors 16 years and under in four categories and adults in five categories, with great prizes to be won. Registration is $5 per person, payable by cash only. Register at the Elliston markets on Saturday 4 April, 10am to 2pm and on Sunday 5 April, at the Elliston front beach barbecue area on Beach Terrace from 7:30am to 10am.
